Armenian President Break Silence on Hostage Stand-Off: Calls On Armed Group to "Surrender"
Sargsyan called for the immediate release of the four hostage being held by Sasna Dzrer and for the group to lay down its weapons. The president said that future actions regarding the Sasna Dzrer members would adhere to the country’s constitution and laws.
