Independent Beats Republican Party Candidate for Ttoudjour Village Mayor
Zohrab Aslanyan, a 32-year-old independent, won yesterday’s mayoral election in the Aragatzotn village of Ttoudjour beating his closest rival Arsen Sahakyan, secretary of the village staff, by a vote of 108 to 57.
