Армянские беженцы требует компенсации у Азербайджана
16:47 | Сегодня | Политика ЗПЧ Армен Арутюнян обратился с письмом к омбудсмену Азербайджана Эльмире Сулеймановой:

«Уважаемая г-жа Сулейманова,

Житель Еревана по адресу ул. Багратуняц 4 пер. 21 кв. 2 Андрей Цатурян 1938 года рождения обратился в офис ЗПЧ с заявлением, что он и трое членов его семьи: жена - Нелли Цатурян 1938 года рождения и двое детей - Артур Цатурян 1968 года рождения и Сусанна Цатурян 1971 в 1988 году покинили Баку, оставив там 3-х комнатную квартиру и имущество, которое было застраховано на 10000 рублей.

К заявлению приложен ордер на квартиру, страховка от 12.12.1988 и просьба посреднечать в возвращении квартиры или компенсации за нее.

Учитывая вышеизложенное, прошу Вас сообщить на чье имя в настоящее время оформлена эта квартира. Если ее собственник сменился, то как давно и на каком юридическом основании? Копии документов прилагаются».

Armenian family demands compensation from Azerbaijan

"Dear Ms. Suleymanova,

In an application addressed to the Armenian Human Rights Defender, Yerevan citizen Andrei Tsaturyan residing in apt. 2, at 4 Bagratunyants Alley, informed that his family consists of four members - Andrei Tsaturyan, 1938, his wife Nelly Tsaturyan, 1938, and his two children -Arthur Tsaturyan, 1968, and Susanna Tsaturyan, 1971.

In 1988, the family left Baku leaving behind a three-room apartment and property insured for 10,000 rubles.

Andrei Tsaturyan attached to the application an authorization to occupy the apartment, letter of insurance and requested the Armenian Ombudsman to help him return the apartment or receive adequate compensation.

I am sending you the copies of the documents and asking you for information about the present owner of the apartment. If the apartment belongs to someone else, please specify the legal grounds allowing the ownership of property by other people.
