At a meeting today in Tbilisi, Armenian Minister of Transport, Communications and IT Vahan Martirosyan discussed several road construction projects, including the Stepantsmida-Lars Highway, with Georgian Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Zurab Alavidze.
