During his meeting today with French Senate President G?rard Larcher, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan noted that momentous changes have taken place in both countries – the election of a young and energetic president in France, and Armenia’s upcoming move from a semi-presidential system to a fully parliamentarian government.
