Armenian Government Reinstates Much Maligned Khachatryan as Syunik Governor
Sourik Khachatryan, who temporarily resigned as the Provincial Governor of Syunik in the summer of 2013, after being embroiled in a deadly shooting that occurred near his home in Goris, was today reinstated to the position by the Armenian government.
