Heavy Rains Close Georgian Road Linking Armenia and Russia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport and Communications reports that the Stepantsminda-Lars stretch of highways prior to the Georgian border with Russia has been closed to all traffic as of yesterday morning due to heavy rains.
