Raffi Hovhannisian Travels to Artsakh; Gets Briefed by President
Raffi K. Hovannisian was in the Mountainous Karabagh Republic on April 26-27 on a working visit. He was received by President Bako Sahakyan for a full discussion of the military, political, and domestic challenges facing Artsakh, Armenia, and the entire nation. During that meeting, Defense Minister General Lyova Mnatsakanyan provided a briefing on the current strategic situation.
