Post Spotlight on Rhode Island State and Local Elections

The following state and local candidates have distinguished themselves on issues of importance to the Rhode Island Armenian community. These candidates have demonstrated continued support for Armenian Genocide recognition and the right to self-determination of Nagorno-Karabagh. They have attended a range of community events, including the annual commemoration at the Martyrs’ Monument and flag-raising programs, and have interacted with the community at the ANC Rhode Island’s “Meet the Candidates” picnic. Many have also made charitable contributions to help advance local Armenian American civic priorities and programs.
