Жизненно Важныe Интересы Армянского Народа Требуют Отказать
Протоколы Между Арменией и Турцией


31 августа, Правительства Республики Армении и Республики Турции под эгидой Швейцарии согласились представить внутренней политической консультации "Протокол об установлении дипломатических отношений" и "Протокол о развитии двусторонних отношений", в следствии чего протоколы были подписаны и ратифицырованы.

Эти протоколы вклекут последствия на будущее всего народа, в том чесле и армянской Диаспоры. Эта Диаспора, не будучи представленной как ни со стороны властей Республики Армении, ни теми государствами, членами которого являются эти граждане, наш долг требует от нас сильных действий через эту петицию открытую для подписания всех кому не чуждо чувство человеческого достоинства.

Мы заранее отвергаем все попытки интерпретировать эту реакцию как направленную против Республики Армения, заявляя, что она как раз наоборот, направлена на защиту жизненно важных интересов и фундаментальных прав армянского народа.

В этих условиях, подписавшие эту петицию,


* Напоминая, что их идея об Армении превышает ту ограниченную, о Республике Армения и ее регионах

* Напоминая, что власти Республики Армения, не уполномочены принимать решения по всем вопросам касающимся всего армянского народа, в том числе Геноцида 1915 года, наследие, хранителем которого является Диаспора,

* Напоминая, что представлять на рассмотрение и оценки государственных комиссий такое явление как Геноцид, равно подчинению правды политическим силам и требованиям,
* Вновь подтверждая универсальный консенсус исходящий из опыта Геноцида еврейского народа, осуждающий акт отрицания и заявляющий, что на законных основаниях может изучать Геноцид только тот кто ранее признал его,

* Считая таким образом, что подписывая эти протоколы, Армения маргинализует Диаспору и способствует стратегии турецкого государства которая состоит в разделе армянского народа и в признании криминальным желание Диаспоры хранить память о Геноциде,

* Учитывая, что эта подпись продиктована теми, кто желает, чтобы армянское государство строилось путем отрекания от части армянского народа,



1. Отвергают эти протоколы как попытки турецкого государства обязать Армению, находящуюся в экономически уязвимой ситуации, принять извращенную, всеотрицающую версию истории, из которой Армения возродилась и от которой она неотделима,

2. Призывают Диаспору подтвердить и укрепить свою личность как хранителя памяти о Геноциде армянского народа в проекте по саморазвитию в критическом диалоге с властями Республики Армения,

3. Призывают всех верящих в человеческое достоинство выразить свой отказ от этих соглашений, которые являются угрозой для армянского народа.

THE VITAL INTERESTS OF THE ARMENIAN PEOPLE REQUIRE
THE REJECTION OF THE PROTOCOLS BETWEEN ARMENIA AND TURKEY



On August 31, the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Turkey, under the auspices of Switzerland, agreed to submit for internal political consultations a “protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations” and a “protocol on the development of bilateral relations,” followed by their signature and ratification.

These protocols affect the future of the Armenian people as a whole, including that of the Diaspora. This Diaspora not being represented as such, neither by the representatives of the Republic of Armenia nor by those of the States of which its members are citizens, our duty commands us imperatively to react by means of this petition, which is open to the signatures of all who uphold human dignity.

We take exception in advance to any initiative that would attempt to interpret this reaction as one directed against the Republic of Armenia, specifying that, quite to the contrary, it seeks to defend the vital interests and fundamental rights of the Armenian people.

Under these conditions, the signers of this petition,



* Recalling that the conception they have of Armenia exceeds that which is limited to the Republic of Armenia and its territory,



* Subsequently recalling that the authorities of the Republic of Armenia are not authorized to decide all questions that concern the entire Armenian people, notably that of the Genocide of 1915, of which heritage the Diaspora remains a depository,



* Recalling that to submit such a unique experience as genocide to negotiations and a judgment by governmental commissions or sub-commissions would subordinate the truth to political maneuvers and power relations,



* Reaffirming the universal consensus that has arisen from the experience of the Genocide of the Jews, a consensus that condemns denialist undertakings and stipulates that a genocide cannot be legitimately studied except by those who have already recognized it,



* Considering therefore that, by the signing of these protocols, Armenia marginalizes the Diaspora, and enters into the strategy of the Turkish State to divide the Armenian people and to stigmatize and delegitimize the Diaspora for advocating the consciousness of the Genocide,



* Considering that this signing was imposed by those who would like to see the Armenian State build itself up by disowning a part of the Armenian people,



1. Consequently reject these protocols as an effort of the Turkish State to impose on the economically vulnerable Republic of Armenia its distorted vision of history from which the Republic of Turkey was formed and which is consubstantial with it,



1. Call upon the Diaspora to reaffirm and strengthen its identity as holder of the memory of the Genocide of the Armenians by means of a project developed independently in critical dialogue with the authorities of the Republic of Armenia,



1. Call upon all those who uphold human dignity to express their rejection of these agreements which endanger the integrity of the Armenian people.

I don't see anything about commission to investigate the 1915 in the text of the protocols.

Sure there is nothing directly written about genocide or 1915.

But problem is, it is unclear what means - the sub-commission on the historical dimension to implement a dialogue with the aim of restore mutual confidence between the two nations, including and impartial scientific examination of the historical records and archives to define existing problems and formulate recommendations, in which Armenian, Turkish as well as Swiss and other international experts shall take part.

The problem is interpretations.

Stupidity of our diplomats is officially sign such a protocol about "roadmap", which contains unclear points. If you look, there are many sub-commissions listed, but no one have extra long explanation like for the historical.

This mean, other commissions are self-evident and need not any description. It is usual, that for establishing any diplomatic relations some inter-governmental commissions must be build to work. But this need not to be officially signed and presented to all the worlds.

Turks just used the chance and have made from a technical intergovernmental commissions a big profit for them, representing it as important point to be signed in swiss, with presence of many officials of USA, EU, RUSSIA.... They make from internal problem a big deal, which means it is for outside and not for armenia-turkey internal use.

The protocols are simple trade agreement - I give you open border you give me historical commission and everything else is to dupe.

This shitty trade, border to Europe in exchange to historical commission, was already years in diplomatic discussions. There were answer of Erdogan already to time of Kocharyan, when Oskanian asking to start relations was, let's stop genocide recognition and make a historians decide what happen in 1915. Why they put this all into protocols and signed?!

They try with this protocols hide the real problem, armenia stopping recognition of genocide and getting open border.
This is shame on us - it is like everybody knows, who were guilty and who ordered shooting people on 1 March, but "official commissions" need to explaining - "who was guilty".

As I mentioned couple times - it is dangerous to signs a contract, say buying a cellphone, auto, getting credit or a house, without checking all text written with small letters. When something happen all that small written text becoming important and could result to big probles.

Before putting signature, one need to care about that, as less text as possible is included in contract.

Seems our guys didn't have enough experience with singing contracts or don't care....

Unfortunately, I am in opinion - they don't care for consequences as of it falls on shoulders of Armenian nation, they need their one moment-profit, like the stupid dashnaks who put their signature on Dezember 1920 under Alexandropol Contract instead of self-sacrifice.
