unfortunately we have already a hidden authoritarian regime, this all is going on since mid90ties. In near future say 1-2 years we will come to parliamentary system, it is parially already in Constitution, one can govern Armenia having majorithy in Parlament.But only if political party is able to control person calling him president. Last actions on 1 March shows that it is still impossible and a there are some guy who like to use that position and do what they like without even asking for opinion of people from Parlament.
