Azeri Karabach is those who is living there. It is not forbidden to live there being non armenian. The only question is, why one need a azeri-turk governing Karabach and Armenians living there, like it was before, and not Armenians governing Karabach and azeri-turks just living there.
Being ready to live under governance of russians, germans, persians or arabs, but not under governance of Armenians is sinple rasit paranoidism.
