ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ УЧАСТНИКОВ АРМЯНСКОГО ИНТЕРНЕТ СООБЩЕСТВА
Уже почти 100 лет несколько поколений сыновей и дочерей армянского народа в самых разных регионах всего мира прилагают огромные усилия для обеспечения осуждения чудовищного преступления сотворённого против нашего народа Турецким государством и восстановления справедливости – международного признания совершённого Геноцида с вытекающими последствиями, а также денонсации Карского договора и возвращения армянскому народу неправомерно аннексированных территорий. Эта длительная борьба имеет массовый характер и насчитывает множество героических страниц написанных жертвенными подвигами самых разных армянских патриотов в самых разных формах, в самое разное время и в самых разных местах. Примеров тому великое множество, но приведём лишь два из них ярко иллюстрирующие сказанное выше: это действия на заре прошлого века Согомона Тейлеряна приведшего в Берлине в исполнение судебный приговор в отношении палача Талаата-паши и поступок советского полковника-топографа Гургена Налбандяна который в 1973 году в Анкаре в знак протеста демонстративно покинул зал заседания отказываясь подписать от имени Армянской ССР договор о неизменности советско-турецкой границы с заявлением, что не уполномочен от имени целой нации подписываться под таким документом и что ни один армянин в мире не признает неприкосновенность этой границы. (Обратите внимание: полномочия от Армянской ССР у него были. Но несмотря на оказываемое на него сильнейшее давление со стороны непосредственного начальства он ясно осознавал свою ответственность перед всей нацией, и не имея соответсвующего общенационального решения предпочёл поставить крест на своей собственной судьбе, чем совершить предательство национальному делу).
Вывод:
Вопросы международного признания Геноцида и территорий аннексированных у армянского народа по Карскому договору являются общенациональным вопросом и никто не вправе принимать по ним решения не имея на то полномочий от всей нации.
Казалось бы, что после того, что с ним сотворили для армянского народа было бы естественным поставить жёстким условием отношений с Турцией признание им Геноцида с вытекающими последствиями и возвращения неправомерно аннексированных территорий. Однако после обретения Арменией независимости власти сразу же объявили о готовности Армении установить дипломатические отношения без предусловий. Такая позиция свидетельствовала о наличии доброй воли к нормализации межгосударственных отношений в настоящем, но не исключала обсуждение и удовлетворение армянских претензий в последующем. Этой позиции – установления дипотношений с Турцией без предусловий придерживались все сменяющие друг-друга главы Армении. И ныне со стороны властей декларируется эта же позиция.
Вывод:
Установление дипломатических отношений с Турцией без предусловий является официальной государственной позицией Армении и в условиях наличия кровавого прошлого с миллионными жертвами и аннексий территорий свидетельствует о готовности армянского государства идти на огромный, крайний компромисс с целью нормализации отношений с соседней страной. Такая позиция затрагивает только межгосударственные отношения и не затрагивает вопросы общенационального характера которые находятся вне сферы компетенции и полномочий действующих властей Армении.
Опубликованные проекты армяно-турецких Протоколов однозначно свидетельствуют о наличии в них пунктов следуя которым Армения должна выполнить предусловия выдвинутые Турцией, а именно признать Карский договор и согласится считать правомерной позицию тех, кто ставит под сомнение совершённый Геноцид.
Вместе с тем официальные представители власти продолжают утверждать, что дипотношения будут устанавливаться без предусловий.
Выводы:
а) Власти Армении вышли за пределы своей компетенции и неправомерно вторглись в сферу отношений общенационального характера, на что полномочий не имеют.
б) Действия нынешних властей Армении не соответствуют официально декларируемой государственной позиции Армении о решении вопроса установления дипотношений без предусловий и противоречат Конституции и ряду других Законов Республики Армения.
в) Власти Армении бесцеремонно проявляют к армянскому народу крайнее неуважение и пытаются ввести его в заблуждение продолжая лгать о том, что дипотношения будут установлены без каких-либо предусловий.
Учитывая историческую важность происходящих событий для армянского народа мы считаем своим долгом публично выразить своё к ним отношение и сказать своё НЕТ выполнению турецких предусловий. Также мы заявляем об отсутствии доверия к лицам, которые пытаются протащить свои решения путём обмана общественности.

STATEMENT BY MEMBERS OF THE ARMENIAN INTERNET COMMUNITY
For nearly 100 years, several generations of sons and daughters of the Armenian people in various regions around the world are making great efforts to ensure the condemnation of the heinous crimes against our people created by the Turkish state and the restoration of justice - the international recognition of the Genocide with its consequences, as well as denunciation of the Treaty of Kars and the return Armenian people illegally annexed territories. This long-term struggle is massive and has written many pages of heroic feats of the offerings of different Armenian patriots in various forms in different time and in different places. Examples of this great multitude, but give only two of them illustrate the above: it is action at the dawn of the last century Soghomon Teyleryana led in Berlin in response to a judicial sentence against the executioner Talaat Pasha and the action of the Soviet colonel Surveyor Gurgen Nalbandian, who in 1973 Ankara in protest defiantly left the courtroom refusing to sign on behalf of the Armenian SSR to an agreement on the immutability of the Soviet-Turkish border, a statement that is not authorized on behalf of the entire nation to sign such a document, and that none of Armenians in the world does not recognize the inviolability of borders. Conclusion:
Issues of international recognition of the Genocide and the territories annexed by the Armenian people by the Treaty of Kars is a national issue and nobody has the right to take action on them not having the powers of the nation.

This position involves only inter-state relations and does not address national nature which are outside the jurisdiction and powers of existing authorities of Armenia.
The published draft of the Armenian-Turkish protocols clearly indicate the presence of these items following that Armenia should comply with preconditions put forward by Turkey, namely to recognize the Kars Treaty and agree to assume the legitimate position of those who question the genocide.
However, government officials continue to claim that diplomatic relations will be established without preconditions.
Conclusions:
a) The Armenian authorities have gone beyond the limits of its authority and improperly invaded the sphere of relations of the national character, on what authority do not have.
b) The actions of the current Armenian authorities do not meet formally declared state of Armenia's position on addressing the issue of establishing diplomatic relations without preconditions, and contrary to the Constitution and other laws of the Republic of Armenia.
c) The authorities of Armenia unceremoniously shown to the Armenian people utter contempt and try to mislead it continues to lie about the fact that diplomatic relations would be established without any preconditions.
Given the historical importance of the events for the Armenian people, we feel obliged to publicly express to them and say its no implementation of the Turkish preconditions. We also affirm the lack of confidence to those who are trying to push through its decisions by means of deception of the public.

Seit fast 100 Jahre sind, mehrere Generationen der Söhne und Töchter der Armenian people in verschiedenen Regionen der Welt unternimmt große Anstrengungen, um die Verurteilung der abscheulichsten Verbrechen gegen unser Volk von den türkischen Staat geschaffen und die Wiederherstellung der Gerechtigkeit - die internationale Anerkennung des Völkermordes von deren Folgen sowie die Kündigung des Vertrags von Kars und die Rückkehr Armenian people illegal annektierten Gebieten. Diese langfristigen Kampf ist massiv und hat viele Seiten der Heldentaten der Angebote der verschiedenen armenischen Patrioten in verschiedenen Formen, in verschiedenen Zeiten und an verschiedenen Orten geschrieben. Fragen der internationalen Anerkennung des Völkermordes und die Gebiete von der Armenian people durch den Vertrag von Kars beigefügt ist eine nationale Angelegenheit, und niemand hat das Recht, die entsprechenden Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, die nicht die Kräfte der Nation.
Man sollte meinen, nach dem, was ihm für die Armenian people erstellt würde natürlich den harten Zustand der Beziehungen mit der Türkei gestellt erkannte den Völkermord, ihre Folgen und die Rückgabe von unrechtmäßig annektierten Gebieten. Doch nach der Erlangung der Unabhängigkeit Regierung sofort erklärt die Bereitschaft von Armenien diplomatische Beziehungen ohne Vorbedingungen zu schaffen. Diese Position wird der Goodwill indikative zur Normalisierung der bilateralen Beziehungen in der Gegenwart, aber nicht auszuschließen, Diskussion und Verständnis für die armenischen Behauptungen in der Zukunft. Diese Position - die Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen mit der Türkei ohne Vorbedingungen folgten alle ersetzt jede andere Köpfe von Armenien. Und nun die Behörden erklärt, dass dieselbe Position.

Jedoch weiterhin Beamte zu behaupten, dass diplomatische Beziehungen ohne Vorbedingungen geschaffen werden.
Schlussfolgerungen:

b) Die Maßnahmen der aktuellen armenischen Behörden nicht erfüllen förmlich Zustand der Position Armenien über die Frage der Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen, ohne Vorbedingungen, und gegen die Verfassung und andere Gesetze der Republik Armenien.
c) Die Behörden von Armenien kurzerhand auf die Armenian people gezeigt, Verachtung und versuchen Sie zu täuschen sie weiterhin über die Tatsache, dass die diplomatischen Beziehungen ohne jegliche Vorbedingungen geschaffen würde lügen.
Angesichts der historischen Bedeutung der Ereignisse für die armenischen Menschen, fühlen wir uns verpflichtet, sie öffentlich zu äußern und mitzuteilen, die eine Umsetzung der türkischen Voraussetzungen. Depuis presque 100 ans, plusieurs générations de fils et filles du peuple arménien dans diverses régions à travers le monde font de grands efforts pour assurer la condamnation des crimes odieux contre notre peuple, créé par l'Etat turc et la restauration de la justice - la reconnaissance internationale du génocide et ses conséquences, ainsi que la dénonciation du traité de Kars et le retour peuple arménien illégalement annexé des territoires. Cette lutte à long terme est massive et a écrit de nombreuses pages d'exploits héroïques des offres différentes de patriotes arméniens sous diverses formes dans le temps et en des lieux différents. Des exemples de cette grande multitude, mais donnent seulement deux d'entre eux illustrent ce qui précède: c'est l'action à l'aube du siècle dernier Soghomon Teyleryana conduit à Berlin, en réponse à une condamnation judiciaire contre le bourreau Talaat Pacha et l'action du colonel Nalbandian soviétique Gurgen Surveyor, qui, en 1973 Ankara pour protester défi quitté la salle d'audience, refusant de signer au nom de la RSS d'Arménie à un accord sur l'immutabilité de la frontière soviéto-turc, une déclaration qui n'est pas autorisé, au nom de toute la nation à signer un tel document, et qu'aucun des Arméniens dans le monde ne reconnaît pas l'inviolabilité des frontières. b) Les actions des autorités arméniennes actuelles ne répondent pas officiellement déclaré l'état de la position de l'Arménie sur aborder la question de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques sans conditions préalables, et contraire à la Constitution et les lois de la République d'Arménie.
c) Les autorités de l'Arménie sans ménagement montré au peuple arménien mépris et d'essayer d'induire en erreur il continue de mentir sur le fait que les relations diplomatiques serait établie sans aucune condition préalable.
Compte tenu de l'importance historique des événements pour le peuple arménien, nous nous sentons obligés d'exprimer publiquement à eux et leur dire sa mise en œuvre aucune des conditions préalables turc. Nous affirmons également le manque de confiance à ceux qui tentent d'imposer ses décisions par voie de tromperie du public.
