From your description I could guess something is wrong with JavaScript of your browser.
For a moment I could suggest to use different internet browsers on same page to see if the problem appearing in any case.

Just let me now exactly in which forum (post a link-adress of page) it appears or leave a screen shot here of what you see, that I could understand what's wrong.
