You know what I have discovered?
Happiness, just as almost everything in your life -- is a choice. We can decide to allow our circumstances, whatever they are, good or bad, to dictate whether we want to let happiness go or stay. In reality it is much easier to be happy...than mad or sad about something that has entered our life.
A spouse, job, our health, the attitude of someone besides our selves. It is our choice to let happiness leave our life. Happiness is better and easier to practice than the alternative...sadness. In fact, our physical bodies do so much better, we are healthier when we're happy and not letting our emotions keep us in dispare. Science has proved this to be true. So why not take a chance today and when something really bad or unfortunate happens to us...just remain in a mindset of being happy!!
