Walk in the light
5And this is the message which we ourselves have heard of him, and now pass on to you : God - it is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we live in communion with Him, but they walk in darkness, we lie and do not live according to truth.
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we declare that we are without sin, we deceive ourselves, and we do not have the truth.
9 If we openly acknowledge our sins, He will forgive them to us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, because He is faithful and just.
10 A If we say that we have not sinned, we make God a liar, and therefore His word is not in us. |
