During a coffeebreak at a press conference today in Yerevan regarding ways to combat the illegal drug trade in the region, former prosecutor general Aghvan Hovsepyan claimed that systematic corruption within the prosecutor’s office had long since been dealt with and no longer exists when asked by reporters to comment on the current state of the office.
