On March 17, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian received members of the Preparatory Committee for the 31st Ministerial Conference of Francophonie, which will take place in Armenia in autumn, led by Special Envoy of the General Secretary of the International Organisation of La Francophonie Countries Ousmane Paye.
