Armenian Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan was not flustered by reporters when asked today if President Serzh Sargsyan has lied earlier this year by saying that companies belonging to Gagik Tsarukyan, the then Prosperous Armenia party leader, were guilty of violating the law.
