As per yesterday’s signing of a ‘political cooperation’ agreement between the ruling Republican Party and the ARF, Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Affairs has been reorganized into two separate ministries – the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development, and the Ministry of Emergency Affairs.
