Anahit Bakhshyan, a Barev Yerevan faction member who sits on Yerevan’s Municipal Council, raised such an alarm earlier this morning, claiming that trees were being cut down around the Santa Fe caf? located opposite the Hovhannes Tamanyan statute in the Cascade Complex and that workers were pouring cement at the site.
