Davit Tonoyan, Armenia’s First Deputy Defense Minister, met with the ambassadors of France, Germany and Italy to Armenia and the European Union’s head of political affairs this evening and gave them Armenia’s version of the fighting that occurred last night and today on the Artsakh Line of Contact.
