STEPANAKERT, NKR (A.W.)—Armenian serviceman Khoren Harutyunyan (b. 1997) was killed as a result of a gunshot wound in the northeastern direction of the Line of Contact (LoC) at around 9:15 a.m. on June 2, according to a press statement released by the Nagorno-Karabagh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Ministry of Defense (MoD). The ministry did not release additional details, but announced that the incident is currently under investigation.

The Artsakh Fund of the Eastern U.S. together with the Hairenik Association has invited Lernik Hovhannisyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) parliamentary faction in the Nagorno-Karabagh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) to tour the Armenian communities in the East Coast and give an account of the recent developments in Artsakh. The Artsakh Fund, in collaboration with the Tufenkian Foundation, is working on the development and expansion of Arajamugh village in Artsakh. The goal of the project is to expand the Arajamugh village to include 50 homes, complete with a kindergarten and a cultural center to serve as a model village.
