After the close of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Council of Heads of States meeting in Kyrgystan, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, accompanied by Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin, paid his respects at a memorial in Arashan to those who fought and died in the Great Patriotic War.
