At a meeting today with the Ambassador Argo Avakov, Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan stressed that the ministry welcomed the office’s support to fight against corruption risks in the army, to defend the rights of military personnel, and to improve communication between the army and the public.
