Zara Amatuni, Head of Communications and Prevention Programs of the International Committee of the Red Cross Yerevan office, told Hetq that ICRC is ready to facilitate the transfer of the body of an Azerbaijani soldier found yesterday near an Armenian military position to Azerbaijan once an agreement has been reached by officials from the two sides.
