I don't know if this is the right place or not. I will try to make a suggestion to the forum's constitution. I would like to suggest that any member who has consistently maintained an avatar for a reasonable length of time (one year or more) and has established him/her as being associated with that avatar in the forum and posted threads consistently using only the avatar that any new member or old would forfeit their right or liberty to use that avatar whether temporarily or permanently unless that person who has used that avatar decides to change to another, then said avatar would be open for use by any other forum member new or old. If the membership accepts this proposal to the constitution it would affect any violation of the new rule retroactive ninety days from forum acceptance accordingly forcing any person using said avatar to voluntarily cease from using it returning exclusivity to the original user.
