Все верно. Она (процедура) не только не приятна, но следует полагать и унизительна.
В жизни всякое бывает. Женщинам порой приходится прибегать к этому, и мужчинам тоже, кстати. Мужчина тоже вправе на признание отцовства в судебном порядке.
